Gerald has recruited hundreds of people as presenters, broadcast journalists, producers, broadcast assistants and other roles in radio and TV.  He knows the "recruitment game" inside out wrote "Presenter Quest" for the BBC in which he outlined how radio bosses could find and develop new talent.

Gerald has over 30 years experience of building contacts across the industry.  If he doesn't know the person you need to talk to ... he will certainly know someone who does.  Whether you are a student, a newcomer to radio or TV or a seasoned pro seeking advice, feel free to get in touch to discuss how Gerald can help you with 1 to 1 video coaching.

The fee for an initial consultation is £35 and is fully refundable on booking further coaching / training sessions.

1 to 1 Coaching

In our video coaching sessions,  we work out what you are really aiming to achieve and devise a "career plan" to help you reach your goals.  We work together on targeting opportunities, job applications, CVs, demos and prepare you for interview or selection events. (Gerald will share with you the 7 questions you will ALWAYS be asked in media job interviews and how to ensure you are ticking all the boxes!)
